Kimberly Capwell-Goolsby’s reputation as a creative, out-of-the-box thinker started on the plains of South Dakota when, at the age of 16, she turned a country radio DJ gig into a tri-state ratings landslide for the station. Capwell ultimately took her talents west, joining the big-agency crowd with tenures at Ketchum PR in San Francisco and creative hot-shop PainePR, before founding the award-winning Goolsby Group.
